Meal Prep Mastery
Learn how to feed yourself and your family healthy meals cheaply and quickly through meal prepping, using similar ingredients and techniques to make a variety of meals in the same time you would normally spend making just one.
Each week we will concentrate on a different set of ingredients and techniques and cook 3 meals you can either eat during the rest of the week, or pop into the freezer for another time.
Upon enrolment you will get the opportunity to vote for the meal prep combinations you are most interested in learning. The 5 most popular will make up the curriculum for this activity programme.
Before each class you will be sent a list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for that session. Don’t worry these will be ingredients that are easy to find and equipment found in most domestic kitchens.
The class will be taught by Dominic De Franco, a professional Meal Prepper who trained in some of Scotland’s finest hotels and restaurants.
