A 5 x 2 hour session course taught by Billy McGoldrick, an experienced Meditation practitioner who is trained to teach Mindfulness based interventions to children and adults.
Mindfulness is a form of attention and awareness training that helps people relate more effectively to their experiences. It involves paying attention to thoughts, feelings and body sensations in a way that increases awareness, acceptance and self-compassion to help manage difficult experiences, creating space to make wise choices to enable people to live with more equanimity and improve health and well being
