Why Gaelic?

Gaelic is the oldest Scottish language still spoken today and underpins our identity and culture. It is represented in placenames throughout the country including Dundee and Angus.

Monday Evening 

Speak Gaelic A2 Preparatory Class

This class is for those who have completed Level A1 and wish to continue to Level A2. We will consolidate the learning from A1 through structured conversation and the reading of dialogue from plays.

Wednesday Evening

Speak Gaelic A1 Continuing Class

This class will seek to complete the study of the A1 course starting from Cuspair/Subject 6 through to Cuspair 13. The class will be suitable for those who have completed our winter term course up to Cuspair 5 and others who have Gaelic abilities at a similar level. The Tutor

Donnchadh MacCàba is a Gaelic learner from Dundee. He is a published poet and writer in the Gaelic language and a regular contributor to programmes on Radio nan Gàidheil.
