HERA is a not for profit organisation delivering evening learning opportunities from the fantastic new Harris Academy facility, Perth Road, Dundee.
The Association is voluntary, the committee receives support from Dundee City Council, and meets on a regular basis to discuss and progress all aspects of the evening learning provision. To view a copy of the HERA constitution please click HERE
We are a ‘Zero Tolerance’ organisation and expect all our members to abide by our policies.
Members must respect the rights, dignity and worth of all others. There will be no discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to, gender, race, sexual orientation, age, ability, cultural background or religious beliefs.
You are expected to use correct and proper language at all times and treat others as you yourself would expect to be treated.
All property and surroundings including those which belongs to others must be respected and looked after at all times.
We will not tolerate bullying of any kind to members or the wider public.
We encourage open and friendly discussion and will strive to make your experience of learning as enjoyable as possible. Anything an individual wishes to discuss with Hera or their tutor about themselves will be treated with the utmost confidence.
Anyone who is found to be in breach of the above, may after investigation, be asked to leave the Association.
