Tai chi and Qigong classes
Tai chi uses sequences of slow movements, in a form, to help calm, relax and balance the mind and body.
Qigong uses slow movements to promote good energy flows through the body.
Together they offer a good exercise system that can be practised by anyone.
The gentle movements can help you relax and rejuvenate while encouraging improvement in balance and flexibility.
